Every guitar we sell receives the following:

A full set up including any remedial work if necessary.

A luthier report which outlines all structural and aesthetic issues with the guitar, meaning there are no hidden surprises.

Our listing team fully research each guitar for full specifications and will take measurements when not available online.

Our images are intended to give a true reflection of the instrument, and whilst not as artistic as other sellers they ensure that you know the exact condition of the instrument.

Once sold all guitars undergo a final check to make sure the report highlights any issues and are then safely shipped in one of our specially designed shipping boxes.
