Here for sale we have a Chapman Ml1 Modern Standard in Lightning Storm finish. Built in Indonesia in 2022, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising a Mahogany body topped with a Poplar Burl veneer, Satin-Finished Maple neck and 24 fret Macassar Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with Chapman Classic Closed tuners and Chapman String-through Hardtail. The pickups installed are a pair of Seymour Duncan Pegasus Humbuckers. These are wired to a 3-way toggle switch, master volume and mastertone controls.
The Maple neck plays very well, with its Satin-Finished Maple ‘C’ profile feeling nicely thin in the hand whilst providing comfortable yet fluid playability. The Rolled-Edge Macassar Ebony Fingerboard feels smooth and durable making for an uninhibited playing experience and with its 24 Jumbo frets this neck offers extreme control under your fingers.
The pair of Seymour Duncan Sentient Humbuckers sound extremely powerful, with a detailed low end, punchy mid-range and crystal clear highs. These pickups cut through nicely with their high output. The simple yet comprehensive control layout yields 6 different sounds in total for superb tonal versatility. Each humbucking pickup has a push-pull knob for 3 additional single-coil sounds.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the front face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. Light denting is present to the top side edge.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Light scratching and denting is present to the rear of the neck, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the bass side of the low/mid register and can very lightly be felt under the finger in playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the front and rear face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the rear face centre. A dent which has broken the finish is present to the back treble side of the lower bout side edge.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
