Here for sale we have a Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HSS electric guitar in Satin Satin Shell Pink finish. Built in 2019 this guitar features an Alder body, a Caramelised Maple neck and fingerboard, 24 Jumbo frets, Charvel die-cast locking machine heads, a Gotoh Custom 510 bridge, along with a trio of Seymour Duncan pickups - Flat Strat SSL-6 single coils in neck and middle positions and a Custom Full Shred SH-10B at the bridge. The pickups are controlled by master volume/tone pots and a 5-way blade switch.
 
The ‘Speed-Neck’ profile sits comfortably and ergonomically in the hand, offering a smooth and fast playing surface up and down the neck, thanks to the Satin finished Roasted Maple neck. The 12”-16” compound radius with rolled edges provides maximum hand comfort for chords and quick lead lines, whilst allowing greater speed and cleaner string bending as the player moves up the neck, great for more technically demanding playing styles. The Luminlay side dots provide great visibility to the play in darker settings. The double cutaway body design with sculpted lower horn allows for unobstructed access to the higher register, whilst generous body contours provide comfort when playing in a seated position.
 
The trio of Seymour Duncan pickups installed in this guitar deliver full-bodied yet articulate tones, well suited to the shred genres & techniques this guitar is associated with. The HSS configuration is as versatile as ever, with plenty of grunt in the bridge for powerful sounding rock riffing and chord tones. The Flat Strat SSL-6 single-coils in the neck and middle positions utilise flat Alnico pole pieces which beef up the sound of gauge .9 strings nicely. The pickups are also overwound for a hotter output, meaning you can achieve a really rocking tone in any position with this guitar. The neck position is reverse wound, reverse polarity, cancelling any potential for hum or noise in position 4. Whilst nice and simple, the controls are well thought out. A low friction volume pot means you can easily  make small adjustments or volume swells, whilst the no-load tone effectively works as a bypass when the control is maxed out.
