Here for sale we have a DY Guitars Deluxe Stratocaster in Relic Olympic White finish. Made in the United Kingdom in 2021 this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Roasted Maple neck and Scalloped fingerboard with 22 Jumbo frets. This instrument is fitted with Nickel/Chrome hardware including a Fender full block vintage-style Tremolo bridge and Fender locking tuning machines. The pickups installed are a pair of Dimarzio HS-4 and a Dimarzio HS-3, these are wired to a 5 way blade switch, bridge and neck volume volume, master tone and a switch to activate the bridge pickup at all times.
 
The Roasted maple neck plays very well, with its 'V' profile that promotes ergonomic hand positioning, feeling chunky and smooth whilst providing an articulate playing experience. The 9.5" fingerboard radius offers a modern feel whilst the Scalloped fingerboard provides a better grip of the strings, improving technique and speed of bending, pull offs and tapping techniques, due to using a lighter and more precise touch. The Jumbo size frets provide easier playability with better sustain whilst the Stratocaster body has been cut to vintage specifications to offer a familiar feeling, with the dual cutaways providing excellent access to the upper frets providing a comfortably playing experience.
 
The trio of Dimarzio pickups in this guitar provide the classic chime and articulation of single-coils but with a higher output and more modern voicing. The HS-4 pickups provide plenty of presence and brilliance, particularly on the high strings, with no 60-cycle hum. They offer rounded, smooth tones perfect for chordal styles of playing and rounding out solo tones. The HS-3 is very similar to the HS-4, with a symmetrical magnet stagger that helps to produce a sweet, soaring overdrive tone whilst producing a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output. These qualities combine perfectly with a heavily distorted amp because they don’t get muddy or messy. The switch activates the bridge pickup to be active at all times, providing the player with a vast array of tones all at the fingertips.
