Here for sale we have an Epiphone ES-339 Pro in Vintage Sunburst finish. Built in China in 2014, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising Laminated Maple body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. This instrument is equipped with Nickel hardware including a LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stop bar, as well as Grover Deluxe Kluson style tuning machines. The pickups are a pair of Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers, wired to a 3-way toggle switch, individual volume and tone controls, with a coil split feature for each pickup.
The SlimTaper 'D' profile Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, the slim profile allows for fast and easy navigation without feeling too thin. The 12” radius provides a great playing surface allowing for bending and vibrato techniques and the double cutaway body allows unobstructed access to the higher register, great for those jazzy style lead lines. The smaller, more compact size of the ES-339 makes it easier to play for extended periods of time compared to larger semi-hollow or hollow body guitars but not diminishing from the overall tone.
The semi-hollow body design of the ES-339 provides a warm, natural resonance that adds depth and dimension to the guitar's tone. The solid centre block helps to reduce any unwanted feedback and unwanted resonance, resulting in a more defined sound. The Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers provide a warm, full-bodied tone with a balanced frequency response. They offer a rich, clear sound that is well-suited for a wide range of musical styles, the Push/Pull feature adds even more range, offering single-coil twang. A versatile instrument that can cover a lot of different styles from blues, jazz and hard hitting rock.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Glue residue and mild scratching is present to the rear of the headstock behind the nut, this can be felt under the fingers. The tip of the headstock to the rear displays scuff marks and light paint transfer. All faces of the headstock display light scratching which is only visible under direct light, this is common with high gloss finishes.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Light indentations are present to the early register of the fingerboard, this is from regular use and shows are wear marks, these can slightly felt in the playing position. Behind the 3rd fret to the rear of the neck light indentations are present, these can be felt in the laying position. Light scratching is present to the rear of the neck across the register, the most noticeable of these can be seen from the 7th-9th frets, these can not be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition. Mild scratching is present to the rear face around the strap button, this is from use of a strap lock. All faces of the body display light to mild scratching which is only visible under direct light, this is common with regular use on high gloss finishes.
Condition of Frets:
The frets show mild signs of use, not affecting playability. Flattening of the frets is noticeable through the early register. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss Rod Tool (4mm Hex) not included.
Hardware: Overall very good condition. All of the metal hardware displays mild tarnishing and scratching. The pick guard display mild scratching, this is common with regular past use in a high contact area.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm
