Here for sale we have an Epiphone Gary Clark Jr Casino in Blueburst finish. Made in China in 2015, coming in a custom ‘Blak and Blu’ burst which shares the name of his major-label studio album released in 2012. A set-neck construction is employed, and comprises a hollow Laminated Maple/Birch body, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Nickel hardware is fitted including ABR Tune-o-matic bridge, Trapeze tailpiece and Grover Rotomatic tuning machines. A pair of Gibson USA Nickel covered Dog-Ear P-90 pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls.
The Mahogany neck plays very well with its 1960's SlimTaper ‘'D' shaped profile which fills the hand for a sturdy and dependable grip when chord playing, whilst the flattened area to the centre rear of the neck allows for articulate melodic playing. The Rosewood fingerboard with its nice tight grain adds a sense of luxury to the playing experience. The smooth lines of the Casino body are supremely comfortable in the arms, ensuring that long playing sessions are a breeze in both standing and seated positions.
The pair of Gibson USA Dog-Ear P-90s with their Nickel covers deliver crisp and clear tones, well suited to a wide range of styles and genres. The neck is warm and round, with ample power for pushing those melodic lines and solos to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is of course brighter, and is well suited to crunchy rhythm parts and riffs. The hollow body construction of the instruments adds an open and airy tone, with a nicely resonant and responsive feel in the arms which makes for a lively playing experience.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition. The front face of the headstock demonstrates light scratching and clouding of the finish.
Neck: Overall excellent condition. The only marks of note to the neck are two indentations behind the 9th fret on the bass side, neither break the finish.
Body: Overall very good condition. All faces of the guitar demonstrate light scratching as is common with a high gloss finish. The rear of the guitar demonstrates some larger indentations which do break the finish, these can be seen on the lower half of the guitar in the center, they are however small in size.
Condition of Frets:
The frets show moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Slight denting and flattening of the frets is noticeable on the first 3 frets. There is substantial material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss Rod Tool (4mm Hex) Not Included.
Hardware: Fully functional. All hardware demonstrates moderate oxidation, particularly the machine heads and tailpiece, none of which effects functionality.
Structural: No structural concerns to note.
