Here for sale we have a EVH Limited Edition Star T.O.M. in Silverburst finish. Made in Mexico in 2024, this guitar features a bolt-on construction consisting of a Basswood body, a 1-piece Quartersawn Maple neck and 22 Jumbo fret Ebony fingerboard. This instrument is fitted with a Black Tune-O-Matic bridge and stopbar and a set of EVH Branded Gotoh tuning machines. The pickup in this guitar is a single of EVH Direct Mount Wolfgang humbucker, this is wired to a master volume control and a killswitch button.
 
The Quartersawn Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand with EVH Modified "C" profile feeling slender, filling the hand nicely for an articulate playing experience up and down the neck. Primed for high performance, energetic riffing and blazing leads, the 12"-16" compound radius Ebony fingerboard has 22 Jumbo frets assisting with string bends and vibrato techniques, delivering a tailored playing experience in any position, whilst offering a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for quick lead lines.
 
The Single Direct Mount EVH Wolfgang humbucker pickup installed in this guitar delivers a raw and throaty tone, with a warm low end and driving midrange that is complimented well by crisp and cutting highs. When turning the tone control down the pickup produces a roundness not dissimilar to a neck pickup which is perfect for solo tones, whilst adjusting the tone control up the brightness of the pickup will put your rhythm playing front and centre in the mix. The pickup is fantastic for pushing the front end of an amplifier, whilst offering excellent dynamic control. The simple control layout is not intrusive to the playing experience and offers comprehensive control of your tone. The killswitch is perfect for chopping up notes, licks and riffs to create that legendary stutter effect, a bright orange kill switch has been planted in just the right place for all of your flashy guitar playing gymnastics.
