Built in 2021, this guitar features a modified Jazzmaster shaped Mahogany body with a Solid Sitka Spruce top, a Mahogany neck, and a Rosewood fingerboard with 22 Narrow Tall frets. Other appointments include a 12” fingerboard radius, a 25.5” scale length, and a three pickup system controlled by a master volume, a ‘blend’ knob and a familiar 3-way blade switch. The Acoustasonic Jazzmaster continues to embody the spirit of purposeful innovation that drives Fender Guitars. From acoustic shapeshifting to electric rhythm tones, this extremely versatile guitar creates a brand new lane on the sonic highway.
 
The hollow Jazzmaster-inspired body is naturally loud and resonant with plenty of projection, meaning that the guitar sounds as great on your lap as it does live on stage. The Modern ‘C’ profile Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard offers a familiar playing experience and adds warmth to the guitar’s tone.
 
The natural acoustic voice of this guitar is warm and detailed, with the Mahogany back and sides producing a punchy and responsive midrange. The Solid Sitka Spruce top provides a balanced, seasoned tone with plenty of low end power and warm detail. The understated high end of this guitar remains detailed but subtle, adding unique character to this instrument. Designed for authentic hum-free Fender electric tone, the Shawbucker pickup can be played solo or blended with an acoustic voice to create new sounds. The controls are simple and concise enough to not be confusing while still providing excellent versatility.
