Here for sale we have an Ibanez AF95FM hollow body electric guitar in Antique Yellow Sunburst finish. Made in Indonesia in 2019, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Laminated Flamed Maple body, 3-pc Nyatoh/Maple neck and 20 fret Ebony fingerboard and Laurel bridge base plate. Gold hardware is fitted including a Trapeze tailpiece, T-O-M style bridge and sealed tuning machines. A pair of Ibanez Super '58 humbucking pickups are installed, and are wired to a 3-way toggle switch with independent volume and tone controls. 
 
The 3-pc Nyatoh/Maple neck plays very well, with the 'AF Expressionist' profile filling the hand nicely for a substantial yet articulate grip across the register. The profile might be described as a moderately-sized 'C' shape which offers a smooth and responsive playing experience, well suited to tricky jazz voicings and smooth melodic lines alike. The gloss finish to the rear assists with navigation of the 24.75" scale, whilst the single cutaway ensures access to the upper frets is unrestricted. On the slightly smaller side for a hollow body, the AF95FM is supremely comfortable in the arms for an easily manageable playing experience in both seated and standing positions. 
 
The pair of Ibanez Super '58 humbucking pickups installed in this guitar deliver smooth and well-rounded tones that are well suited to jazz and blues styles. The neck is warm and buttery, with plenty of power for pushing those melodic lines forward in the mix, whilst remaining restrained enough to blend in. The bridge pickup is brighter, with crisp trebles and an open and clear mid-range that works just as well with crunchy gain as it does smooth clean sounds. With comprehensive control of your tone right on the guitar thanks to the independent volume and tone, this guitar is a well-equipped and practical gig-machine.
