Here for sale we have an Ibanez JS2410 Joe Satriani Signature Electric Guitar in Sky Blue finish. Made in Japan in 2022, this bolt-on neck constructed guitar consists of a Alder body, a 3-piece Maple/Bubinga neck and a 24 Tall Narrow fret Rosewood fingerboard. The hardware featured consists of a Chrome Edge tremolo bridge and a set of Gotoh SG381 sealed tuning machines. The pickups installed in this guitar are a pair of DiMarzios with a ‘Mo’Joe’ humbucker in the bridge and a ‘Satch Track’ single-coil in the neck, these are wired to a 3-way selector, Master Volume with push/pull high pass filter and a Master Tone with push/pull coil-split.
 
The 3-piece Maple/Bubinga ‘JS Prestige’ profile neck sits comfortably in the hand, offering a profile that is slightly chunkier than your average Ibanez ‘Wizard’ profile, with its Satin finish providing a quick and smooth surface to navigate on. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers whilst the 9.84” radius and Tall Narrow frets offer a unique playing experience. making string bending and vibrato techniques a breeze, feeling rock solid under the fingers and providing a smooth and reliable playing surface. The body cutaways provide unobstructed access right up to the 24nd fret and the thin body and contours provides a lightweight guitar that is comfortable in both sitting and standing positions.
 
The Dimarzio humbuckers have a high output and a powerful tone. The Satch Track Neck pickup bridges the gap between classic humbucker and single-coil performance. It tracks pick attack and string vibration quickly and accurately like a single-coil, but the voicing is wider and stronger, like a humbucker. The highs are very warm, and clarity is created by keeping the mids and lows tight and focused. The middle position has punchy and crisp mids great for chordal styles of playing, the ‘Mo’Joe’ in the bridge position has aggressive, clear and articulate highs, perfect for more modern, progressive styles of playing, perfect for both ripping through a mix. The master controls keep things feeling simple, with easy and intuitive tonal shaping, while the push/pull coil split and High pass filter offers great versatility, perfect for crisp, sparkling clean tones.
