Here for sale we have an Ibanez S3620FM Electric Guitar from 2003 in Cherry Red Sunburst finish. Made in Japan, this bolt-on neck constructed guitar consists of a Mahogany body with flame Maple top, a 3-piece Maple/Bubinga neck, and a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include ZR tremolo bridge w/ ZPS2 stabiliser, Gotoh SG381 machine heads, an S Prestige neck profile, and a Top-Lok III nut. The pickups installed in this guitar are a set of DiMarzio PAF Pro humbuckers that are wired to a master volume, master tone, and 5-way pickup selector.
The 3-piece Maple/Bubinga ‘S Prestige’ profile neck sits comfortably in the hand, and with its gloss finish provides a quick and smooth surface to navigate on. The Rosewood fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers whilst the 15.75” radius and Jumbo frets assist with string bending and vibrato techniques, feeling rock solid under the fingers and providing a smooth and reliable playing surface. The body cutaways provide unobstructed access right up to the 22nd fret and the incredibly thin body provides a lightweight guitar that is comfortable in both sitting and standing positions.
This guitar is fitted with a set of DiMarzio PAF Pro humbuckers. The bridge pickup delivers a powerful but balanced rock and metal tone with rich upper-midrange harmonic content. The low strings are tight and the high strings scream with harmonics, making it a go-to pickup for hard-hitting crunch rhythms and blazing lead tones. The neck position offers all the soloing clarity you could wish for, with sweet sustain and a warm, full sound that still possesses a clear attack providing a hot output delivering smooth, fluid solo tones under gain, while still being capable of bell-like clean tones. The ergonomic, lightweight design of this instrument lends itself to the faster players who desire the headless feel with a more traditional influence.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition, the front face demonstrates light scratching visible only at certain angles under direct lighting. The tip of the headstock demonstrates a small indentation.
Neck: Overall very good condition, on the rear of the neck at the 5th fret, some wear is present from past use, this can be felt in the playing position. The fingerboard presents light signs of past use most notably light scratching which can be seen on the 13th to 16th frets, this can not be felt in the playing position.
Body: Overall very good condition, a moderate chipping to the paint is apparent to the edges of the body, most notably to the bass side waist and treble side lower bout, these break through the finish to the wood beneath. Light to moderate scratching is present to all faces of the body, most notably on the front face between the pickups from regular use, this has turned the gloss finish into a more satin finish. On the rear face where the body meets the neck some glue is present from the previous owner, this does not effect the guitar at al l and the neck and body can be removed if needed too.
Condition of Frets:
The frets show moderate signs of use, not affecting playability. Denting and flattening of the frets is noticeable through the entire register. This guitar demonstrates mild fret noise on the 16th fret B string, this is not apparent when amplified. This noise does not affect sustain of notes, nor does it affect bending the notes. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm Allen key) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with moderate signs of wear, most notably on the pickup rings and bass side of the tremolo system. Tremolo arm included.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
