Here for sale we have a Jackson X Series Mark Morton Dominion DX2 in Snow White finish. Made in China in 2020, Lamb of God's Mark Morton signature features a Graphite reinforced neck-through construction which comprises a Mahogany body with Maple top, Maple neck and 22 fret Laurel fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Black hardware including Jackson Sealed Die-Cast tuning machines and a Jackson TOM-Style bridge and hardtail tailpiece. The pickups installed are a pair of DiMarzio Mark Morton Signature Dominion humbuckers, which are wired to a 3-way toggle switch and independent volume and tone controls.
 
The Maple neck plays well, with Jackson’s 'Speed Neck' profile feeling nicely slim in the hand whilst remaining substantial enough to sustain a comfortable grip for chord playing. The neck is certainly aimed at the more technically-minded player, and facilitates fast lead lines easily. The 12"-16" compound radius offers a rounder surface in the lower register for chord playing and transitions smoothly to a flatter surface as you climb the register. This ensures that the playing surface is tailored to the needs of the musician across the range. The use of Medium Jumbo frets assists with smooth string bending and vibrato techniques and provide a rock-solid playing experience.
 
The pair of DiMarzio Mark Morton Signature Dominion DX2 pickups installed in this guitar deliver heavy, crushing tones that are perfectly suited to the fast and furious heavy metal riffing that Morton is known for. The neck pickup is round and powerful, easily pushing your solos to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is brighter, and with a higher output delivers brutal, searing rhythm sounds that retain plenty of definition in the low end for those drop tunings. A real metal machine that packs some serious sonic punch.
