Here for sale we have a Marshall 1987X 50w Reissue Plexi amplifier and a Marshall 1922 2x12" Speaker Cabinet in Black tolex finish. Built in the United Kingdom, this 50 watt amplifier features two ECC83 valves and an ECC83 (phase splitter) valve in the preamp section and two EL34 power amp valves. This combination helps replicate the 70’s tone and aesthetics of the original. Its unique tonal characteristics are what defined this all-valve amp and they have not changed in this reissue with a famously rich vocal mid-range and a beautifully detailed top-end. Leaning towards blues rock and cleaner styles of music, this amp works fantastically with pedals and handles overdrive pedals in its stride. The 1987X delivers the perfect balance of classic Marshall overdrive and glistening clean tones. An additional FX loop gives a modern twist to the amp. 

The Marshall 1922 2x12" Speaker Cabinet is the perfect extension cabinet for 2x12 combos that’s compact enough for life on the move. Don’t be fooled by its smaller size, it definitely delivers the boost you need for larger venues thanks to the two Celestion G12T-75 speakers and 150W of power.
