Here for sale we have a Marshall JMP 2203 Mk2 Master Model Lead 100-Watt Valve Amplifier Head in Red Taurus Tolex. Built in the United Kingdom on the 3rd of April 1978 this amplifier head features a high and low input, presence, bass, middle and treble EQ’s, a master volume and a pre-amp control. These JMP 2203 amplifiers were introduced as a replacement for the plexi amplifiers from days gone. These amps were favoured by famous acts such as Jeff Beck, AC/DC, Andy Summers, Motley Crue and even the early years of Slayer, these amp provide heavenly saturated tones and with the pre-amp dial to max the famed ‘Marshall Sound’ is a cut above the rest and proves why some of the most famous rock n roll bands chose this amplifier as their weapon of choice.
 
The controls are extremely sensitive to the touch making dialling in your perfect tone a joyous and easy affair, and with the 100 watts of power you can be certain that in any playing situation you will be heard.
