Here for sale we have a Revelation by MD (Music Drive) Single-cut electric guitar in Gloss Black finish. Built in Korea circa.2005-2007, this guitar features a set-neck construction comprising a Mahogany body with Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Lingum Rosa fingerboard. This instrument is equipped with Gold hardware including a Tune-O-Matic bridge and StopBar tailpiece along with a set of sealed tuning machines. The Pickups are a pair of Revelation humbuckers, these are wired to a 3-way selector, bridge volume, bridge tone, neck volume and a neck tone control.
The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with a chunky profile resembling a 60’s SlimTaper, filling the hand without being too cumbersome, providing a smooth and articulate playing experience. The Lignum Rose fingerboard feels pleasant under the fingers and provides a smooth playing surface for the user to explore, along with the 15” radius and Medium Jumbo frets making bending and vibrato techniques a breeze. The familiar lines of the body feel great in the arms making both seated and standing positions a comfortable affair.
The Revelation humbucker in the neck position sounds thick and full, with a rich low end great for rhythm tonalities. The middle position provides a punchy, tight midrange great for chordal styles of playing whilst being able to cut through a mix. The Revelation humbucker in the bridge position produces a clear and articulate top end, balancing very well with a punchy output, providing a great feel and clarity, allowing the player to achieve a wide variety of tones all at the fingertips.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall very good condition. Light scratching is present to the front face, only visible under direct light from certain angles. Light bubbling and chipping to the finish is present to the top side edge.
Neck: Overall very good condition. Very light scratching is present to the rear of the neck, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the centre and can not be felt under the finger in playing position.
Body: Overall good condition. Light scratching is present to all surfaces of the body, only visible under direct light from certain angles. This is most noticeable to the front face lower bout. Light denting which has broken the finish is present to the rear face centre.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate very light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.
