Here for sale we have a Wampler V1 Pinnacle manufactured in 2009. Crafted in the USA, this pedal is made using high grade film capacitors and resistors picked for their superior sound and response. The pedal is true bypass and was designed to recreate the ‘Brown sound’ which is so revered by many guitarists. ‘Brown sound’ was a phrase coined by Eddie Van Halen, and is a term used to broadly describe a guitar tone with plenty of distortion yet still organic and warm.
 
The Pinnacle delivers on this with a beautifully saturated tone that is one of the most convincing recreations of this tone from a pedal. This is not all this pedal is capable of though, with mini toggles to switch between vintage and modern gain structures and an additional boost, this pedal is capable of a broad range of overdriven and distorted tones to suit a wide range of playing styles.
 
Other controls include volume, tone ,contour and gain to help dial in the perfect tone. Overall this is a very well built and exceptionally versatile distortion pedal.

Condition Report
 
The pedal is in full working order with minimal signs of use to the chassis. There is a strip of velcro on the rear of the pedal.
 
The original box or 9V power supply are not included.
